for Magicians, Conjurors, Witches and Wizards

The Mercury School of Magic, Witchcraft and Wizardry has beeen in existence since the late 1970's, offering its students training in the conjuring arts as well as instruction in Wicca (Witchcraft) and High Magick (Ceremonial Magick or Wizardry).
"Hindus and Buddhists teach that 'reality' is an illusion. Because the alteration of reality is the magician's job, the magician must be a 'master of illusion.' The vehicles of the conjuror and the true magician are equal - both use the principles of wonder to entertain, help and/or teach us about ourselves and the Universe we inhabit. We believe in presenting our talents to the public with respect and dignity, as it was done in by-gone years, in the time of the Olde World, when we were regarded as valued members of the community contributing our much-needed services to the betterment of our relatives, friends and mankind. We encourage free-thinking people to use their talents to entertain those of a like mind, thereby informing them about the wonders of the Universe."

Students are accepted by invitation only, after application, interviewing and testing processes to assure ability and suitability. No one under the age of ten.
